6/23/2025 - Emily Lovell Chief Investment Officer for New Mexico Development Agency said that New Mexico has the second largest deployment of solar panels in the United States. 6/21/2025 - Liz Heart, Leasing Executive for Newmark, said that commercial leasing real estate is strong in major markets New York and San Francisco, which are both back to pre-pandemic demands. Noted that malls are at 90% occupancy, and retailers are focusing on shoppers’ experience. Heart says that overall market is adjusting to higher interest rates. 6/18/2025 - Lennar, 2nd larges US homebuilder reported an 8.6% drop in sales, year over year. Lennar said that the average sales price was $389,00, down from $426,000 a year ago, and $409,000 last quester.
6/13/2025 - Schwab Executive Omar Aguilar said during a Bloomberg interview that the goods cost component of recent PPI was higher than the CPI, indicating companies were not passing costs onto consumers.
